“I think that the belief in one's own strengths and the choice of the future profession is, above all, the choice of a reliable future, with which it is easy and simple to live and work. When a girl can do the impossible, it is very important not only for her, but for the whole society! I enjoyed  the  friendly atmosphere  where everyone could express their ideas and find answers to questions. Tailored master classes, a comprehensive and individual approach to each participant.” – Umida Khaydarova.

UNDP Uzbekistan works in close collaboration with national partners works to empower women, increase women's participation in public administration in accordance with the provisions of the UN Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
