Infographic - Online Public Services Quality Assessment
One of the main tasks of e-government promotion in Uzbekistan is to improve the quality and accessibility of online public services delivered to population.
The UNDP E-Government Project has assisted in developing "Methodology to assess the quality of electronic public services" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution #353 dated 20 October 2016. It has established a framework for monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the quality of online services delivered to citizens and businesses. The methodology provides for annual publication of the ranking of government agencies in terms of quality and accessibility of providing electronic public services. It is expected to encourage state bodies to improve the quality of their services.
