Infographic - Business Process Reengineering (BPR) concept

Business Process Reengineering (BPR) concept has been successfully implemented both in public and private sector of developed countries and it is regarded as “an effective tool for the fundamental redesign of processes within organizations for achieving radical improvements in the efficiency indicators".

With the adoption of the law "On electronic government" in Uzbekistan, the term "optimization of administrative procedures" has been utilized, which in fact is identical with the concept of business-process reengineering implemented worldwide.

BPR has gained special relevance in the context of Uzbekistan as this institute is expected to solve problems of fundamental redesign of procedures, increasing accessibility and “online maturity” of public services, simplification and reduction of administrative burden on population and business.
