The ‘Practical Guidelines for Preparing Business Plans’ publication has been developed for both first-time business owners and experienced entrepreneurs. The guideline has been prepared in the Uzbek language, and provides information on the basic types of business entities, the stages of the registration, licensing requirements, the structure of a business plan and of a marketing strategy, sources of financing, and a brief explanation of a balance sheet. In its annex, the guideline provides tax rates, useful contact information, a glossary of terms and a model business plan.
