‘Biodiversity’ is a relatively new term, but it still attracts the interest of a growing number of nature protection specialists, scientists, ecologists and members of the general public from all over the world. It is true that the individual components of the project ‘Conservation of Tugai Forests and Strengthening Protected Areas System in the Amudarya Delta of Karakalpakstan’ are all different in regards to objective and approach, but they all share the same aim of conserving Tugai forests.
