Policy Brief “Analysis of Outcomes of the Conference of the Parties on Climate Change Conference in Lima” (in Russian) is dedicated to the main outputs of the Twentieth Conference of the Parties under the Framework Convention on Climate Change (2014). It analyses the progress achieved by the international community on five key issues of  climate change (mitigation, adaptation, financing, technology transfer and capacity building)  and in development of the new global climatic agreement.
