The main objective of this Analytical Bulletin is to present conclusions and recommendations on further improvement of the mechanisms of parliamentary oversight in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the review of the legal framework of oversight and analytical functions of the Oliy Majlis and on foreign experience in the implementation of parliamentary oversight, as well as to analyze the priorities in developing the mechanisms of parliamentary oversight. Analytical Bulletin also presents a overview of a number of foreign countries on their experience in hearing the report of the Prime Minister.
