The given manual is based on an analysis of the existing practice of resolution of disputes arising from marriage and family relationships and aimed at creating a common judicial practice in resolution of such disputes based on the requirements of legislation, Supreme Court Plenum Resolutions and other legal acts.

The manual provides an overview of the marriage and family disputes, factors that need specific attention in preparation for hearing of such cases, case studies and templates of court decisions.

The manual is intended for the use of judges, attorneys, lawyers, law students, as well as readers with a general interest in law.
