The given manual provides methodical recommendations on the compositions of court decisions, and templates of depersonalized court decisions on various categories of civil cases. The manual is aimed at creating a common judicial practice in composition of court decisions.

The manual provides various cases that need specific attention when composing a judicial decision, as well as examples of court decisions based on type of dispute. The manual is intended for the use of judges, attorneys, lawyers, law students, as well as readers with a general interest in law.

The publication is developed within the framework of the “Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan” project, which is a joint project of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and United Nations Development Programme.
