The joint project of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) "Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan" studied a foreign experience of introducing mechanisms of courts’ assessment in 2015. For this purpose Ms. Kathryn Harrison was involved as an International Consultant. Her report provides a comparative analysis across different experiences of foreign countries. As well as recommendations based on the assessment of introducing studied approaches and their relevance to local features and conditions with consideration to the specificity of country’s legal system.
