Handbook on e-Governance concepts was developed to improve awareness of government decision makers as well as general public on the main concepts of e-Governance, world experience and prospects for implementaion in Uzbekistan. Its main concepts were used during Strategic ICT trainings conducted in collaboration with Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and later when it was published copies were distributed among governmental entities and higher educational institutions. Taking into account the greater demand by higher educational institutions the Handbook was officially transferred to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialised Education to be used as textbook for students as well as for future editions.
