    The main objective of this Analytical Bulletin is to present conclusions and recommendations on further improvement of the mechanisms of parliamentary oversight in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the review of the legal framework of oversight and analytical functions of the Oliy Majlis and on foreign experience in the implementation of parliamentary oversight, as well as to analyze the priorities in developing the mechanisms of parliamentary oversight.

    The concept of establishing and managing Local Government Information Centers within the structure of local government bodies (khokimiyats) analyses the current situation, set targets by the local authorities at regional as well as district levels, in the field of managing information and strategic achievement directions and challenges to their implementation, in the example of Djizak and Namangan regions.
